Produed according to customer specifications

The electric heating plates within our range are produced according to customer requirements. The elements can produced in a variety of shapes. The good heat transfer of metal, which is used as the basis for the heating element, ensures a mechanically robust design with a homogeneous heat distribution and a high specific heating capacity.

Electrically insulated heating cables are used as heating elements. These are laid in recesses covering the entire available surface. The integrated heating wires are electrically insulated with silicone, PTFE, textile glass or quartz glass, depending on the power requirement and the nominal temperature. When using mineral-insulated stainless steel conductors, the heating plate is suitable for use under vacuum.

The sheet material is selected on the basis of the planned application. The heating surfaces can be anodized, hard coated, coated with PTFE or surface finishes depending on your requirements. To achieve a homogeneous surface temperature, it is possible to integrate several individually controllable heating circuits.
