Heaters and sensors for R&D, semiconductor, and high-tech systems up to 1000°C.

Within the semiconductor and chemical industry, mineral insulated heating cables are a widely used heating element. Electron provides a standard range of mineral insulated heating cables with an outside diameter from 0.5mm up to 6.5mm with a stainless steel sheath. These elements can be used up to 700°C. Special alloys such as AISI 310S or Inconel 600 can be ordered on request and can be used up to 1,000°C.
